MEET THE FOUNDER

 Moné Gonzalez, MBA, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Empowering Business Solutions LLC (EBS LLC), bringing a unique blend of federal, international, and corporate experience in administrative operations, executive support, and stakeholder management.

In 2018, while serving as a Foreign Service Office Management Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Managua, Nicaragua, Ms. Gonzalez provided high-level administrative and operational support within a complex diplomatic environment. During a period of civil unrest in Nicaragua, she observed firsthand how local businesses played a critical role in advocating for stability and engaging with government leadership. This experience shaped her professional mission: to support organizations whose work directly impacts communities by strengthening their operational and administrative foundations.

Following her federal service, Ms. Gonzalez returned to Washington, D.C., where she simultaneously earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from the American University Kogod School of Business (MBA) and School of International Affairs (MA). She later served as a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, where she further developed expertise in stakeholder engagement, account management, process improvement, and strategic coordination across complex organizations.

Across her career, Ms. Gonzalez has consistently delivered high-quality administrative and executive support, including calendar and communications management, meeting and logistics coordination, documentation and reporting, and cross-functional operational support. Her experience spans high-pressure, detail-oriented environments requiring precision, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
